Earl Pendleton is a member of the Lower Sioux Indian Community Tribal Council, currently serving a 3rd 4-year term. The LSIC aspires to provide sustainable housing solutions through the production and processing of industrial hemp to be used in the construction of hemp-lime insulated homes.
